GRAYS DENTAL FEES
The Grays Dental Care Plan is a popular option as it allows you to spread the cost
of caring for your mouth. You can join the plan after your initial dental examination
(£20). Included in the Grays Dental Care Plan is a dental examination with one of our
dentists every six months and an appointment with a hygienist every six months.
Grays Dental Care
Plan members receive 20% discount on any dental treatment carried out at the practice such
as fillings, crowns, veneers, dentures or teeth whitening (not including implants).Members also benefit from
a 10% reduction in fees for any oral health care items purchased from reception, including teeth whitening
gel.
Grays Dental Care Plan is £16.35 per month payable by direct debit or
£196.20 as an annual payment.
Health Benefits
Generally, we
find plan members have healthier mouths than their pay-as-you-go counterparts, because as a regular dental
attender, any issues are identified sooner and you receive your treatment in a timely fashion. Regular
attendance also allows the dentist to build a picture of your habits and your personal risk factors, for
example early dental decay can be monitored and the progression can be slowed, by introducing good habits
such as reducing frequency of sugar intake, cleaning between your teeth daily, using an electric toothbrush
and reducing smoking and alcohol consumption.

assurance that you are going to see the dentist and hygienist that you know and trust.

The Enhanced plan
For improved oral health, fresher breath and
stain removal, some people benefit from, or prefer to see the hygienist at a three-monthly interval, the
Enhanced Plan offers this increased level of support and the cost is £22.50 per month or
£270.00 as an annual payment.

Worldwide Dental
Emergency Assistance:
The cost of dental treatment by any dentist up to a maximum of £10,000 for any one
incident of dental trauma.
The cost of emergency callouts, pain relief and emergency temporary
treatment.
A specified amount should you suffer permanent facial disfigurement due to dental trauma.
A
specified amount for hospitalisation resulting from a dental problem. A specified amount if you were to be
diagnosed with oral cancer.
Monthly plan reimbursement if you are made redundant.

If you wish to pay by Direct
Debit, please bring to your first appointment, a form of I.D that shows your current address and evidence of
your bank account number and sort code to set up your Direct Debit Mandate. If you wish to pay annually for
the Care Plan or be a pay-as-you-go patient, this information will not be required.
